It’s soup season!
Today is freezing cold again so I decided to cook a nice warm soup. No trips to the shop this week so I used what was in the kitchen and I have to say it went really well. Super happy with the result 🙂
How to make a sweet, creamy soup in 15 minutes. Let’s start!
Chop six carrots and three sweet potatoes and put everything in a big pan, cover with water and boil.
Chop half an onion and some celery and add to the pan with a spoon of salt.
Add some pepper and half a spoon of paprika.
When the carrots and potatoes are soft, put everything in a blender. Make sure the soup is creamy, pour it back in the pan with some butter and let it cook for 5 minutes.
You can serve the soup with some cheese and toast.
