This one is as easy as 1, 2, … chuck everything in the oven and it’s done!
Very little preparation for an easy but healthy, tasty recipe.
Here we go:
Start by marinating the steak: salt, pepper, olive oil, some chili powder.
Put it on a baking sheet and in the oven for 20 minutes at 190°C.
Preparing the vegetables is quite simple and they’re the perfect side-dish.
Slice up the courgettes, lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet together with the cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle some olive oil on the vegetables, add alst, pepper and tyme.
Put the baking tray in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
When the steak is crispy, get you dish ready: some vegetables, a bit of olive oil on top, and the juicy steak! 🙂
