3 ingredients. It doesn’t get easier than this.
I usually don’t like pork much, but this is a good one and it’s so easy to cook I can just put it in the oven and go do something else (generally it’s the laundry. Again.) for the next 30 minutes.
Grab the strips, rub them in olive oil, season them in paprika and a pinch of salt.
You can add chilli powder or pepper, if you like.
Cover the roasting pan with foil and lay the strips on top.
Pop the tin in the oven for at 200°C. After 30 minutes your pork belly strips will be perfectly krispy and tasty.
Don’t forget your 5 a day!
Some salad and sliced carrots for vitamins and minerals. Plenty of water, and a short relaxing walk in the park and start feeling the mood improving! 🙂
